Monday Morning Intro to Clay - Session 1

New to clay? Learn the basics of both hand-building and the pottery wheel in this 7-week introductory class. The first 3-weeks will focus on basic hand-building techniques of slab, coil and pinch. The following 3-weeks will give you experience in centering and throwing on the pottery wheel. The final class will be used for glazing. Materials included: 25 lb clay, glaze, firing and use of tools and wheel.
