Kimberlee Flamm is the Projects, Events and Communications Coordinator for Springfield Township and was appointed by the Board of Trustees to serve as the Executive Director of ArtsConnect in 2017. Prior, she served as Chairwoman for four years. Kim holds a Bachelors Degree in Communication Arts and has over 19 years experience in event production, graphic design, marketing and community outreach. Her current responsibilities for the township include coordinating township special events, marketing materials, resident and news media communications, web site development, branding and social media marketing campaigns. She coordinates projects on behalf of the trustees including resident focus groups, local business networks, real estate agent relations and non-profit collaborations. She is a member of the International Special Events Society, Ohio Arts Presenters Network and founder ArtsConnect™ Springfield Township and of the Finneytown Business Network. She completed the EXCEL program with the Non-Profit Leadership Institute of Greater Cincinnati in 2016.
