Stained Glass

Learning how to draw just became easier with step-by-step instruction from our talented drawing instructor! Classes will focus on developing basic drawing skills from direct observation and lighted still life arrangements. Students will deepen their understanding of form through perspective, color, and and shading techniques.

Watercolors
Whether you are curious about watercolor painting or would like to hone the skills you already have, you can explore the soft flow of watercolor in this class. In each class, a new painting and watercolor technique will be taught using a new image. Participants will learn how to paint the image through a demonstration. Learn color theory, mixing and glazing techniques, composition, and assorted subject matter.

Independent Study: Drawing & Painting
Work on your own painting and drawing projects. Instructor Greg Albert, will provide expert advice on solving composition, perspective, color, drawing and technical issues with positive and encouraging comments about how to improve your work. Students should be beyond beginner level and bring their own supplies and artwork.

Painting, Paper and Collage
Make beautiful, hand-painted collage papers using a variety of techniques including simple monoprinting with a Gelli Plate, mark making with pastel and paint, texture tools, stencils and other simple methods that produce pleasing results.
