Teens can give the potter’s wheel a spin! This class is a great chance to try out a new skill. Students will learn the basics of throwing and decorating pottery in this 6-week class. They will throw various sizes of pots. All clay pieces will be finished off with beautiful colored glazes. All supplies are included.

At ArtsConnect, we encourage children to explore their creativity independently to foster confidence and original thinking. While we ask that you sign your child in to class, to help your child gain the most from their class experience we kindly request that parents refrain from staying in the classroom.

During class, we invite you to enjoy our free Wi-Fi, and comfortable seating areas indoors and outdoors. If there are special circumstances that require your presence, please reach out to our Education Director beforehand.

Class Cancellations & Weather Closings

Class cancellations due to weather will be made one hour prior to class start times and will be listed on the homepage of the ArtsConnect website at www.theartsconnect.us. To verify any weather closings, call 513-522-2108. In most instances, classes cancelled by weather will be made up by adding an additional class to the end of the session.

Due to costs incurred planning for art classes, full refunds will only be issued when the ArtsConnect cancels the class. Class cancellations made within 10 business days of the class start date are eligible for a refund, minus a $5 administration fee per student or transfer to a new session.
