Kids Yoga

Ages 6 -14

Thursdays, 4:30 - 5:15 p.m.

$45 for non-members per 6-week session
$40.50 for members per 6-week session

$8 drop-in fee 

Here’s a fun way for kids to stay in shape and improve their balance, strength, and flexibility. Students will learn different poses and relaxation techniques.  Students should bring a mat to each class. Blocks and straps are provided.

Kids Yoga is taught by Sandy Terry, an experienced yoga instructor. Sandy will share her love of yoga with kids of all ages and abilities.  

Kids Yoga is offered on Thursdays, from 4:30 - 5:15 p.m. 
Classes are held at ArtsConnect Springfield Township Arts Center, 9158 Winton Rd, Building A, behind the fire station.

Do your kids want to try it out? They can do a drop-in class for $8. They should bring a mat.

At ArtsConnect, we encourage children to explore their creativity independently to foster confidence and original thinking. While we ask that you sign your child into class, to help your child gain the most from their class experience we kindly request that parents refrain from staying in the classroom.

During class, we invite you to enjoy our complimentary coffee and tea, free Wi-Fi, and comfortable seating areas indoors and outdoors. If there are special circumstances that require your presence, please reach out to our Education Director beforehand.

Class Cancellations & Weather Closings

Don't wait to register! Classes may be cancelled to low registration or fill up before you have a chance to register.

Class cancellations due to weather will be made one hour prior to class start times and will be listed on the homepage of the ArtsConnect website at www.theartsconnect.us. To verify any weather closings, call 513-522-2108. In most instances, classes cancelled by weather will be made up by adding an additional class to the end of the session.

Due to costs incurred planning for art classes, full refunds will only be issued when the ArtsConnect cancels the class. Class cancellations made within 10 business days of the class start date are eligible for a refund, minus a $5 administration fee per student or transfer to a new session.  View the full class refund policy here.
