ArtsConnect is excited to bring you a library full of fun art projects that you can do from the comfort of your living room. This project began with an order by the governor to STAY AT HOME. It was then that our world of busyness came to a halt, schools began teaching remotely and parents also opened their laptops in order to get to work.
We all know that art is important. It’s important in the classroom - and its important in keeping you feeling well! To do our part, ArtsConnect quickly reached out to our teachers and to our connections with the University of Cincinnati, School of Design, Art, Architecture and Planning (DAAP) to bring you and your family virtual art classes that will keep you inspired! Best yet, the classes produced by UC students served a part in their final grades for the semester.

Students have been observing art classes in the Cincinnati Public School District over eight weeks. Students were planning to teach one lesson out of the unit to the students in the school. Instead, they will record themselves teaching one of the lessons which will be shared with CPS teachers and students so that they can see their "student teacher" teach the class.
